Tony Lim graduated from McKinley High School and received a degree in Accounting from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Before establishing his firm back in 2006, Tony has worked at international accounting firms Arthur Andersen and Deloitte & Touche where he specialized in fiduciary taxation and accounting. After working at Bank of Hawaii and Central Pacific Bank in their respective internal accounting departments, he went to work at a large local firm where he continued to expand his fiduciary knowledge while helping both large and smaller local clients to grow and succeed.

Shasteen Lim graduated from Hanalani Schools and received both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Accounting from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Shasteen gained valuable experience at Accuity LLP and Janell Israel & Associates, where she obtained knowledge of various types of tax returns. She was also contracted by Sterling & Tucker CPAs to independently service a full client load with their tax and trust accounting needs. At Estate Administrative Services, Shasteen was a manager who supervised both the trust administration and accounting departments. She reviewed the client accounting reports as well as Hawaii Probate Rule 26 accountings. She also has extensive experience with Trust administration, from asset gathering to assisting with closing of trusts, conservatorships and probates.
